World Aid Network UK is the data controller for charity-shop.org. We are a registered UK charity. Our registered address is available on the Charity Commission website.

What data we collect

When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and any personal message you provide. If you are sending a gift to someone else, we also collect the recipient's name and email address (if provided).

We do not collect payment card details directly — payment processing is handled by our payment processor under their own privacy policy.

How we use your data

• To process your charitable gift and send you a receipt
• To send any gift notification to your chosen recipient
• To maintain records of charitable donations for audit purposes
• To send you impact updates about the programme your gift funded (if you opt in)
