Nature of purchases
All purchases on charity-shop.org are charitable donations to World Aid Network UK. No physical goods are delivered to the buyer. The donation funds a specific charitable intervention as described on the product page.
Refund policy
As charitable donations, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us at hello@worldaidnetwork.org and we will consider your case individually.
Programme allocation
World Aid Network allocates gifts to the programme matching the intervention purchased. If a specific programme is temporarily overfunded, we reserve the right to redirect funds to a closely related programme within the same cause area.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
